Wij werken volgens de ‘Wet kwaliteit, klachten en geschillen zorg’ (Wkkgz) van het Ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport. De Wkkgz geldt voor alle zorgaanbieders; zowel voor zorginstellingen als zelfstandige beroepsbeoefenaren. In dit kader hanteert No Taboo ook een klachtenregeling. No Taboo heeft huisregels en volgt procedures op het gebied van veiligheid en hygiëne.
